Help Your Student Use His or Her Health Plan
The Vaden Health Center is the first place your student should go to for non life-threatening treatment. The Vaden Health Center can treat:
- Minor cuts or burns
- Sprains
- Cold, flu or sore throat
- Annual woman exam
- Allergies
- Asthma (which is not responding to usual medication)
- Fracture or dislocation
- Laceration requiring stitches
If specialist care is required, a Vaden Health Center physician will refer your student to an authorized Stanford clinic.
